About Brothers Helping Brothers

Brothers Helping Brothers
  • In the aftermath of the World Trade Center disaster, the members of the Monroe Township Fire Company #1 mobilized an effort to aid the families who suffered the loss of loved ones in NYC.
  • Brothers Helping Brothers initial efforts successfully raised $90,000 for the fire service families affected by September 11th.
  • Brothers Helping Brothers is a registered independent charity, no longer directly connected to any single fire department.
  • We have now focuses our energy on providing financial assistance to the families of firefighters killed or injured in the line of Duty throughout New Jersey.  To date we have raised an additional $100,000 and have provided assistance to ten New Jersey Families.
  • In the wake of tragedy we often pull together in a display of support and generosity for the spouses, parents, and children of the New Jersey firefighters we lose each year.  Brothers Helping Brothers stands ready to support them in their time of need.
